Established in Dubai in August 2023, BuySmart Real Estate is a real estate investment company licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism and approved by the Dubai Land Department to invest with its own balance sheet. We focus on deal sourcing and principal investments in UAE residential and commercial real estate using a value-based approach.


We also collaborate intimately with leading family offices and private pools of capital on co-investments, club deals and opportunistic projects.
